Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; resolve issues with attention to detail.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
