Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Houston area to build and manage client relationships at a branch. You will deliver attentive service, identify financial needs, and offer thoughtful banking solutions while leveraging our digital tools.

You will work with a team to educate clients on Chase products, navigate regulatory requirements, and provide a high-quality client experience during branch hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or related industry with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone consultations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Adherence to risk parameters and regulatory training requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; licenses per state requirements.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensed within 180 days if not held.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a branch setting.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly; connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
