Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Houston area to represent the Chase brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using banking solutions and technology to meet their financial needs. The role requires at least 1+ year of sales experience in banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; licenses via JPM licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
