Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is hiring a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions. You will use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to enhance client experiences, while ensuring adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.

The role requires a high school degree or GED, plus relevant licenses (SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life licenses).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with demonstrated success.
• Excellent communication skills—able to tailor features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and trust-building.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training and regulatory requirements.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses required either now or via JPM licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Discuss banking needs and tailor product/service recommendations accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking access.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
