JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet clients' financial needs. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, delivering thoughtful solutions and exceptional service across the branch.

Role requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and licensing (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations). Weekend/evening hours and regulatory training are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while ensuring consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; licensed through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; listen and ask questions.
