Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success in acquiring and growing client relationships.
• Ability to articulate banking features and benefits to clients with diverse needs.
• Commitment to risk and regulatory compliance and completing required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to build trust, listen, and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
