• Ability to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and provide thoughtful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to build trust and guide clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
