Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient access to banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
