Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency with the client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs for banking needs.
