Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences at a Chase branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions and grow business while representing the brand with hospitality.

You will work with customers in person and by phone, educating them on digital tools, ensuring compliant service, and collaborating with specialists for complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Adhere to risk parameters and complete required training, including regulatory and licensing requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalents accepted) and relevant licenses as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, online banking, and ATMs to address their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
