Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand and build lasting client relationships in a branch setting. You will use banking solutions and technology to address clients' financial needs and contribute to branch success.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on products, and collaborate with a team of experts to deliver thoughtful financial solutions while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements including SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life licenses; via JPM licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
