Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our branch, deliver warm hospitality, and provide thoughtful financial solutions to clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships, leveraging Chase technology for convenient banking experiences.

You will work with a team to meet goals, stay compliant with banking regulations, and participate in ongoing licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking with proven results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registrations; must obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
