JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to welcome clients with hospitality and provide tailored financial solutions. You will lead client acquisition, management, and retention using knowledge of banking products and technology to enhance service.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on risk and compliance, and availability for branch hours including weekends. A deep commitment to customer experience and regulatory adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, build trust, and advise on banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient access.
• Learn products, procedures, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and complete required training.
