JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering friendly service and using our digital tools to meet clients' financial needs. You will build and manage meaningful client relationships, driving satisfaction and retention through thoughtful solutions.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their financial goals, and coordinating with experts to address complex needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in Retail Banking or related financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required; licensing within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for their banking needs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
