JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering welcoming service and financial solutions to clients. You will build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and guide them to appropriate banking products and technology tools.

This role emphasizes advisory conversations, cross-selling, and compliance with banking regulations, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of risk parameters and regulatory obligations.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6 and state registrations required within 180 days.
• Weekend and some evenings availability.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
