Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA 6, state registrations; unlicensed applicants must obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person or by phone, to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
