Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and solutions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and empathy.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing as required by state.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses (must obtain via licensing program within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Explain products and services; tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
