Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver hospitable, knowledgeable service and build lasting client relationships. You will leverage banking solutions and technology to meet financial needs, while representing the brand with care and integrity.

Responsibilities include proactively meeting clients, tailoring recommendations, and guiding them to the right specialists for complex needs, all while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong attention to detail to resolve client issues and maintain compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state license (63 if required), and Life licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and deepen relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Encourage use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenience.
• Stay compliant with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with the team to meet needs.
