Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering tailored banking solutions and using the latest financial technology to serve clients. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships, and provide thoughtful financial guidance to help meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities include proactive client meetings, clear communications, cross-selling of products, and adhering to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor product offerings.
• Ability to work within risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client financial needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them with specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
