Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality-driven service, acquire and manage client relationships, and leverage Chase technology to support clients’ financial needs.

You will cultivate lasting client relationships, communicate clearly, and adhere to all regulatory requirements while partnering with banking experts to address more complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs, build trust, and anticipate requirements.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
