Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice. You’ll help customers with financial solutions, promote digital banking, and collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address complex needs.

Expect outbound calls, schedule checkups, and adherence to regulatory policies. Starting salary is $25/hour and up, with typical full-time hours including weekends.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, business partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening and NMLS identifier.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers plan for the future and open accounts or credit cards.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools for convenient transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
