Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, helping customers with essential financial decisions and building lasting relationships. You’ll use strong communication to assess needs, provide tailored advice, and guide clients toward digital banking solutions while supporting in-person and phone interactions.

In this role you’ll work 40 hours a week, including weekends and evenings, with a starting hourly wage and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products/services in-person and over the phone.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsabilités

• Help customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Advise and guide customers, tailoring suggestions to their personal financial goals.
• Promote digital/mobile banking usage and support customers via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
