Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing branch associate to build relationships and provide trusted financial advice. You’ll help customers with everyday banking, explain products, and guide them to digital channels.

With 40-hour weeks and potential weekend/evening shifts, the role starts at $25 per hour. It offers training, growth opportunities, and a path within Citizens’ network.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience demonstrating ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to work with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and complete pre-employment screening, including obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customers' financial goals.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and assist with apps/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
