Citizens Bankers at Citizens Bank are the face of the branch, delivering trusted advice and building lasting customer relationships. You will help with everyday banking needs, explain products, and guide smart financial choices.

Using strong communication and problem-solving skills, you’ll assess needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams. Expect 40 hours/week and a starting $25/hour.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to identify needs to improve customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Self-motivated with multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements with pre-employment checks and NMLS ID.
• Video interview assessment to be completed within 7 days of applying.

Responsabilités

• Provide trusted advice and recommendations to customers on financial solutions.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Tailor solutions to customers' personal financial goals and planning.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and proper cash handling.
