Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, people-oriented professional to serve customers in our branch. You’ll provide trusted financial guidance, help with everyday banking, and introduce digital tools like online banking and mobile apps.

This role emphasizes relationship building, outbound calls for new business, and collaboration with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams. The position starts at $25 per hour and up, with hours including weekends and evenings based on branch needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
