You’ll build lasting relationships, work with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to identify customer needs and strengthen relationships.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products in person or by phone.
• Skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and offer solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and build lasting customer relationships.
• Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options and guide usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkup appointments.
