Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice. You will help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs while promoting digital banking tools.

With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you’ll tailor solutions, support goals like homebuying or credit card needs, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs. Weekend/evening hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending/referring products
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial guidance and recommendations to customers
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options and assist with app/ATM usage
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures
