In this role, you will assist with account openings, educate clients on online and mobile banking, and participate in branch operations while adhering to regulatory and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
