Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features for clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Meet with branch clients in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
