Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering attentive and friendly service to clients.
• Ability to learn and explain banking products and procedures.
• Comfort using technology and branch systems.
• Able to schedule/cancel appointments and manage lobby flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; manage lobby with a tablet and queueing system.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on daily banking transactions and digital tools (mobile app, web, ATMs).
• Build trusted client relationships through active listening and product knowledge; collaborate with the team.
• Support branch operations including cash devices while following policies and procedures.
