Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, submit loan applications, and assist customers with teller transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking and resolve service issues, building lasting relationships during a comprehensive 4–6 month training period.

A strong customer service background and cash handling skills are essential. The role offers a full-time schedule with rotating shifts and opportunities for advancement within WSFS Bank's branches in the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience preferred.
• Must be enthusiastic and customer-oriented.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to market bank products and services.
• Must learn multiple banking and software programs.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance.
• Promote and educate customers on the Bank’s digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions.
• Complete training during a 4–6 month period to provide stellar service.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and compliant branch environment.
