Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or preferred.
• Experience in reinsurance accounting or insurance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and metrics orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare technical, financial accounting of premium, claim and reserves based on statements or bordereaux.
• Review and analyze reinsurance contracts for policy adherence.
• Manage processing and settlement of reinsurance claims efficiently.
• Generate reinsurance reports and conduct analysis for decision-making.
• Consult internal stakeholders on statutory and reinsurance accounting guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with reinsurers and internal teams.
