Job summary

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Burnsville seeks a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator to greet patients, verify records, and schedule visits. You will manage check-in, patient demographics, and future appointments to ensure a smooth rehab start.

The role requires healthcare scheduling experience, strong customer service, and EPIC system familiarity, with a day/evening shift and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and reschedules patient appointments, procedures, and tests and records them in the EMR.
• Provides department reception, check-in, and telephone coverage, routing messages as needed.
• Registers patients, verifies insurance and obtains prior authorizations as needed.
• Maintains department records and patient education materials.
• Assists with reimbursements/expense reports and credentialing as applicable.
