Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for Fairview Rehabilitation’s New Hope and Arbor Lakes clinics. The role focuses on scheduling, patient check-in, and clerical tasks within a patient-care setting, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, phone handling, form processing, and generating schedules and reports. Strong customer service and computer skills are essential; a healthcare background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Scheduling/administrative experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduling functions and maintain accurate calendars.
• Greet and check in patients and visitors.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process and file patient forms and records.
• Prepare new patient packets and gather demographic data.
• Produce reports and develop office procedures.
