Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration or related discipline required; 8 years registration experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years Healthcare or customer service leadership experience with proven success in team management.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Oversee registration specialists and support staff in all areas during hours of operation.
• Monitor work queues, assess performance, and ensure compliance with Revenue Cycle, Compliance and Network policies.
• Lead recruitment, counseling, evaluation and termination decisions in partnership with HR.
• Establish departmental goals, track KPIs, and report on budgets and variances.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, manage PTO, and maintain employee records for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize revenue capture and patient safety.
