Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8 years of registration experience or equivalent
• Experience leading teams in healthcare or customer service settings
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Oversee registration operations and support staff across locations
• Recruit, counsel, evaluate, and terminate in collaboration with HR
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure payroll, PTO and budgets are accurate
