Job summary

Aperion Care DeKalb is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations. The RN also coordinates with physicians and supports families and staff in a warm, collaborative environment.

The role requires administering medications, maintaining patient confidentiality, and overseeing daily nursing activities while ensuring safety and quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Willing to undergo state-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Plan and oversee daily nursing activities and administer medications.
• Complete required documentation and maintain patient confidentiality.
