Aperion Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role involves planning daily activities, administering medications, documenting care, and maintaining confidentiality in a compliant facility environment.

The RN will coordinate with physicians, ensure safety protocols, and communicate with residents, families, and staff to meet residents’ needs. Part-time roles are available as well.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current unencumbered state license.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations governing nursing facilities.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Willingness to undertake additional state-required training.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Plan and oversee daily nursing activities and ensure quality patient care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold safety protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians; communicate with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and social engagement.
• Respond to changes in resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Perform tasks under active nursing license and role responsibilities.
