Aperion Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care in compliance with regulations. The role includes planning daily activities, administering medications, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

You will coordinate with physicians, maintain safety protocols, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Opportunities for growth and supportive onboarding are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Illinois.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily nursing activities.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
• Complete required documentation and protect patient confidentiality.
• Perform catheterization, wound care, and IV care as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and communicate with residents and families.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a warm, collaborative environment.
• Provide care within the scope of licensure and duties.
