Qualifications

• RN with a current unencumbered state license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in long-term care preferred; CPR and First Aid certified.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians; ensure safety protocols and confidentiality.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to meet residents' needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support dementia care as needed.
