Aperion Care in De Motte, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality care.

You will administer medications, participate in care planning, document accurately, coordinate with physicians, and mentor staff in a warm, collaborative environment. Part-time roles available with opportunities to grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current practice.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
