Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate for a full-time day or night role. The position offers a $40+/hour rate with a $15,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of 6:45-7:15, 3-12 shifts, every 3rd weekend, and a 10-13 week preceptorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Flexibility of scheduling to complete the program.

Responsibilities

• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Location: Bridgeton, MO

Rate: $40/hour +

Shift Diffs: $7 night & $3 weekend

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night 6:45-7:15
