Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The role offers a starting rate of $40+ per hour, with a $15,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus and full-time day or night shifts (6:45-7:15).

As a new graduate, you will work under a preceptor, participate in a preceptorship, and contribute to care plans for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS certification is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with physician and preceptor, implement assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan with problem identification, nursing diagnosis, orders, and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.

Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate | $40+/hour | $15,000-$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital | A joint venture with Select MedicalLocation: Bridgeton, MO

Rate:$40/hour +

Shift Diffs: $7 night & $3 weekend

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night 6:45-7:15

• 3-12's
• Every 3rd weekend in rotation
• 10-13 week preceptorship

• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS required at hire
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
