SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an RN for weekend option at our Bridgeton, MO inpatient rehabilitation facility. The role includes admissions/transfers, early and ongoing assessments, and accurate EPIC documentation, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive admissions and transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (EPIC).
• Interpret assessment data and labs/telemetry.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Option | $38.50-57.23/hour | $15,000-$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Bridgeton, MO

Rate:$40 - $56.05 based on years of experience

Shift Diffs - Stacking: $6 weekend option & $3 Sat/Sun

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Day 6:45a-7:15p

• 3-12 hour shifts
• Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday
• $6 weekend diff on Friday/Monday
• $9 weekend total diff Saturday/Sunday

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
