SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with an hourly rate of $40–$56.05 and a sign-on bonus of $15,000–$20,000. The position involves caring for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues and multiple traumas. The role requires an active RN license and BLS at hire.

BSN preferred. Shift options include Day or Night with 6:45–7:15 shifts and a 3-12 hour schedule, with rotations

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license
• BLS required at hire

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Receive admissions and/or transfers

Rate:$40 - $56.05 based on years of experience

Shift Diffs: $7 night & $3 weekend

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Day or Full-Time Night - 6:45-7:15

• 3-12 hour shifts
• Every 3rd weekend in rotation

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience
• Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*
