SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN Tier 2 status. Schedule offers 6:45-7:15 with Day or Night shifts; serves patients with brain/spinal injuries and related conditions in a rehabilitation setting.

Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license, at least 1 year RN experience, and BLS. Preferred BSN or enrollment; sign-on bonus of $5,000 with no commitment and potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.

Responsabilités

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Location: Bridgeton, MO

Rate: $57/hour PRN Tier 2 rate

Shift Diffs: $7 night & $3 weekend

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: PRN Tier 2 - Day or Night 6:45-7:15

PRN Tier 2 Requirement

• 2 shifts per week minimum
• 12 total shifts in every 6 week period
• 3 minimum weekend shifts in every 6 week period
