Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time day shift offers a $37/hour rate and a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a weekend differential of $3.

You will collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans, develop care plans, and participate in rehabilitation goals. A structured orientation and preceptorship support your rapid integration into patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.

Responsibilities

• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Location: Richmond Heights, MO

Rate: $37/hour +

Shift Diffs: $3 weekend

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Day 6:45a-7:15p

• 3-12's
• Every 3rd weekend in rotation
• 10-13 week preceptorship
