Columbus Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Nursing Resources (float pool) in Columbus, OH. This full-time, night-shift role offers opportunities to float across inpatient units, expanding clinical knowledge and experience while maintaining high patient care standards.

You will be eligible for shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums; a comprehensive benefits package is available. ASN is required, BSN preferred, and Ohio (or NLC) RN licensure is required or pending.

Qualifications

• ASN or equivalent required; BSN preferred.
• Indiana RN License or Multi-State RN License through the NLC required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; CRH offers training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Float to Nursing Resources (float pool) to ensure inpatient units have appropriate staffing.
• Float to multiple units to broaden clinical knowledge and experience.
• Eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums; maintain patient safety and quality care.
