Columbus Regional Health in Columbus, IN seeks an ICU Registered Nurse for an 18-bed unit with a 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role is hourly with shift differentials and weekend premiums, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

What you need to know about this position:

Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is an 18-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3.

Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

This position is hourly and is eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums.

In a status of at least 16 hours per week, employees are benefit eligible.

Upon hire, you must have:

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.

Within 30 days of hire you must have:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.*

Within 6 months of hire you must have:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.*

*If you do not have it, CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
