Job summary

Columbus Regional Health is seeking a Pediatric RN for our 11-bed unit. This PRN role covers 7a–7:30p shifts with a 4-hour weekly commitment, on-site at Columbus Regional Hospital. Compensation includes premiums for hours worked and eligibility for benefits only at 16+ hours/week.

• Our 11-bed dedicated Pediatric Unit is designed and dedicated to provide high-quality, efficient care to pediatric patients from infants all the way through age 17.
• Partnering with many of our local pediatricians and family practice physicians, our specially trained nursing staff provides care to support all the needs of the pediatric patient and family.
• Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This position is hourly and is eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums.
• In a status of at least 16 hours per week, employees are benefit eligible.

What is required for this position:

• Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
• Within 30 days of hire you must have: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.*
• Within 60 days of hire you must have: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.*
• Within 6 months of hire you must have: Certificate in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).*
• *If you do not have it, CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment.
